With the help of the subjects of this module, an analysis of the values and impacts of Labor Liabilities on the company, generated by employees. Initially, based on the concepts covered in the discipline of Management of Labor Liabilities, the definition, development and solution of the overtime, overdue vacations and deviation from function. From the definition of liabilities, calculations were performed, based on the Selic rate and, with the definition of these values, the demonstration of how much represents, in percentage, within the company and what impact these values will have, in relation to DRE, Balance Sheet, Profit Margin, ROI etc. After the collected data, an analysis of the company's situation was carried out, in order to to identify and assist in actions that can prevent future cases. Data show that have increased, placing it among the 10 countries with the highest suicide rates in the world. world, as stated by psychiatrist Neury José Botega (2004) in his article. Following the same reference, it is also possible to find data proving that the tendency to this behavior is: “higher in men, the elderly, indigenous people and in cities small and medium-sized population” (BOTEGA, Neury José - 2014). São João da boa vista in 2010, had a population of 83,689 inhabitants, according to the census of the IBGE. In fundamentals of administration, the mission, vision and values of the company are addressed, as well as its main competitors, threats and the profile of its customers.
