The period chosen for carrying out the research was the period during and post-pandemic, because through the daily monitoring of the sector, it was noted that there was a deceleration of sales in the aforementioned range. Based on this comparison, an analysis of the data collected, as well as an analysis of the motivation of these customers for changing buying habits. In this way, the objective is to provide an overview of the current company's sales situation, as well as providing possible causes, effects and alternatives for actions for improvements and development of the sector.
