This project aims to present the result of an analysis on the benefits of using the Lei do Bem, established by Law No. 11,196/2005, which is extremely important in the Brazilian scenario to promote innovation and technological development in companies, especially in the area of research. Therefore, this study has the direct objective of demonstrating the advantages and tax incentives for the company Pack Bag that does not yet use the Lei do Bem.

The present work aims to present the result of an analysis of the structure organizational work carried out by our group in the company Pack Bag created in 2011 with headquarters in Casa Branca-SP and another in Aguaí-SP, currently has more than 500 employees in both units The company has a market share of almost 20% of Big Bags of seeds being thus a reference in the seeding segment, thus becoming the most respected in the market. Today the company operates on 2 business fronts, one is the industrialization of Big Bags and the other is the manufacture of fabrics that are used in the Big Bag, thus being a company verticalized. The main objective is to design the income statement for the year of organization according to its economic and financial scenario, in addition to its structure of balance sheet, the result of the administrative evaluation will also be presented, including an effective strategic positioning for the company.

This Consulting Project aims to present a proposal for the creation of a new innovative company, which would be a company in the field of automotive washing in the city of São João da Boa Vista, which will allow our customers to live differentiated experiences and pleasant moments without worry about wasting time. Our company is not only focused on car washes, but also on making customers enjoy different moments.
