In this integrated project, we will address the 5 study units presented in the module, and next to the units we will present the company Gerdau, in which it was chosen by the group. In these units we will learn how to manage a company productively, aiming to manage the entire company chain in a controlled manner to achieve the best goals. Finally, we will use the Gerdau company, which stands out as a reference in its segment, due to its exceptional management, showing excellent results for years.

The objective of this integrated project is to put into practice all the content studied in the study units and to analyze the behavior of the chosen company. Magazine Luíza was chosen because it is a large, well-regarded retail company throughout Brazil, and we were curious to analyze how it behaves in marketing projects and innovations to delight and attract its customers and we can also see how it is compared to its competitors.

This article aims to reflect on the importance of bookkeeping within micro and small companies, given the high number of “mortality” in these types of enterprise. The intention is to highlight the importance of accounting as a primordial tool in management that will be part of every decision making process, presenting a set of advantages for companies that choose to keep a legitimate bookkeeping, whether they are obliged or not. The article aims to prove the real need for the adoption of an accounting system for these companies so that they can strengthen and continue to operate in the market, considering its great importance in the economic scenario. The study was made by bibliographic research which collected several citations of several authors to structure and fortify the proposed theme.
