Based on the study of these tools, analyze the company's market to highlight and diagnose possible failures and assist in decision-making at a managerial and strategic level. Integrated logistics proposes to study complex systems in a global way, in a way that the existing relationships between the different parts are considered, and not try to improve a part to the detriment of the whole. In the area of logistics, this vision made room for integrated planning, and this to the analysis of the total cost, which, although it seems very simple today, was a great leap for the study of logistics 50 years ago.
