    In this project we will approach in detail seeking to understand the Public Accounting and its tools, namely, the LDO (Law of Directives Budgets), the LOA (Annual Budget Law) AND the PPA (Multiannual Plan) associating and seeking to understand how technology can be an allied tool for in order to contribute to the development of Public Accounting, generating large benefits.
