    The due project has as main objective to analyze together with the chosen company the social impacts caused by the implementation of the environmental management system, analyzing what the company has been working on and developing to remedy what it has been causing, its ways of thinking and acting. the directions that the company has been following with the implementation of the environmental management system and also how it has been relating to the sociological issue within the company. Together with the company, we will also show how to implement and the main characteristics of the ISO 14001 standard and its importance to the environment.
