    As a proposal, we had to choose and analyze the overall situation of a company in order to identify the role of the Human Resources sector in the daily lives of employees. This includes the way hiring takes place, employee progression through performance appraisals, communication between leaders and subordinates, feedback, training, among other things that encompasses the entire HR sector in business and employee development.
