The difficulties in teamwork and how it is possible to achieve the proposed goals by working on the commitment of each one and the different profiles and culture of people in this context. Each has a way of thinking and acting, some find it easier to do this, others have more difficulty. It is necessary for managers and leaders to work on these points that are so important for business harmony.

Logistics begins with the purchase and delivery of raw material for production and ends with the product ready at the customer. The PCP sector (production planning and control) aims to seek from its supplier with the needs of its customer, to schedule the production and finalization of the product. The customer passes on his need and wants the stipulated deadline to be met. Pack Bag works with packages called big bags and its customers need it to fill their products, such as soy, coffee, ores and fertilizers.
