    For the organizational system to meet their needs, it is important that people are aligned with it and consequently that this environment provides conditions to extract the best from each one of them, on the other hand, the exploitation of employees in an inharmonious way can cause several losses, causing absenteeism and labor turnover in the organization and possible psychological disorders for the employee. People Management and Positive Psychology present proposals that tend to maximize a positive environment in the organizational context and benefits to its employees. Given these practical possibilities and the search for knowledge about the variables associated with gains and obstacles in the implementation of such tools, this work aims to analyze how Positive Psychology works in People Management and measure what its contributions to achieving the goals are. organizational and healthy functioning of the individual. For that, an exploratory study was carried out through a bibliographical research and the result presents aspects and gaps to be studied for the development of a systemic tool with the implementation of Positive Psychology.
