    This work aims to analyze the impact that Labor Liabilities generated by failures management and control, has within the operation of the company, focusing on its part accounting and finance. First, it will be explained what these liabilities are and how they work, how were generated within the company and the solutions achieved by the company through agreement with the employees involved. The amounts generated by these liabilities will be shown, as they were calculated and which they represent as a percentage within the company, in relation to other sectors and other collaborators. After carrying out calculations, the value generated through the liabilities will be introduced in the company's financial statements, to indicate the financial impact, making comparisons and analysis of defined values. Finally, several indicators will be analyzed as a conclusion if the company will remain healthy after the impact of these labor liabilities on its accounts.

    The relevance of the leader is indisputable, while his performance impacts, directly, the lives of individuals, whether they are members of a family or even of a company. The actions of today's leaders emerge as a tool that aims to overcome obstacles, that is, adversities in business environments. Therefore, following this understanding, the work aims to point out the perception People Manager at Associação Mais Saúde Santa Casa de São João da Boa Vista, regarding their leadership role. The methodology is a case study, with a qualitative and quantitative, based on the company Associação Mais Saúde Santa Casa, of São João da Boa Vista, and presenting information based on a Review of literature published in recent years.     Operations management is the oversight of all the main areas of the company food. It touches everything that is critical for the smooth running of the food business, from whether the manager schedules the team to proper inventory management. the company of The food industry may be functioning well on a daily basis, but short-term inefficiencies end up becoming ingrained and persistent problems. Inappropriate scheduling with staff can lead to increased labor costs over time. daily problems with inventory control can lead to levels of food waste that distort your monthly margins.
