    Our creation was the company Influencer consultancy, in the city of São João da Boa Vista - SP. Influencer will assist in the inclusion of people with physical disabilities in small, medium and large companies, through online and face-to-face consultations. The company is small and with limited liability, belonging to the partners Ana Laura Fernandes, Luiza Helena Carvalho, Maria Fernanda Oliveira, Izabela Franco, Suelen Faria de Oliveira, João Guilherme Ramos and Giuliano Generoso, students of the business administration course.

    It is a company where environmental, economic and social interests are equal, forming a circle. It seeks its profits, preserving the environment and not compromising future generations. Aiming at this, the group will present information about the company Soufer Industrial, located in São João da Boa Vista - SP, which has been operating in the metallurgy business for over 52 years. Because we believe it is a sustainable company. The data for the elaboration of this article were based on the problems generated through the production of its materials, such as steel waste and waste, as well as knowing the company's ideals, social and environmental plans. To complete the project, the group conducted interviews and surveys with the company and its managers. After analysis, the group will present the results.
