Having a notable importance in transferring their knowledge to future psychologists.

    Many vulnerable elderly people are abandoned by their family members, living in precarious situations or institutions, without any type of physical or psychological stimulation, leaving them isolated from the rest of society. Thus, the aim of this work was to research and address this topic in different contexts, bringing the importance and visibility of addressing this issue mainly in long-term care institutions to guide and inform them regarding issues involving old people; covering the knowledge of university psychology students, bringing prior knowledge about their future cases acting as psychologists; raising awareness among families regarding old age and its processes.
