    In the present work, addressing the theme Communication between teams in the organizational context, I studied and researched about a large fast food chain, (the company I work for at the moment). I carried out my study in a specific unit. I present an analysis of how teamwork takes place in a real company and the forms of communication used by people, especially when they are together. I also present an analysis of human behavior, the difficulties of working in a team and how communication can promote a person.

    According to Chiavenato (2005), technical training programs should be one of the priorities in the companies, aiming at positive results as development of technical skills, competences and attitudes. This job developed presents a home study of the Votorantim group. As development of a study and action plan for performance appraisals, training and development of human capital, presenting processes and techniques effective, ensuring structuring and motivation for a program focused on to develop, aiming at cost-benefit, with impactful results being a competitive differential in the market to which the group is inserted.

    The environmental management system is a set of actions that involve procedures and controls, as well as human, financial and material resources, organized with the objective of guaranteeing that all the company's products and activities are ecologically correct, not harming the environment. Bearing in mind the sustainability model of the Natura company, I will present the organizational scenario and its social impacts in this work.
