The objective of this project is to address information about Grupo Coragem Agronegócios, based on guidelines administered throughout the semester. The aim is to understand through the project what was instructed in the Process Management and Process Management part that allow improvements and changes in the analyzes of the processes carried out within the Company and avoid problems in the projects carried out, having a Strategic Cost Management to obtain profits. , Production Management improving the performance and strategy of the procedure and Integrated Logistics that incorporates the entire system, having a macro view from the original product to the final product.

It is based on fundamental pillars and suggest their importance and how accuracy and agility directly influence economic issues today. In the midst of so many advances, questions arise about how employability will be in this scenario and how these issues directly affect the labor market.
