Our project consists of the analysis of the company Supermercado Delivery a application that allows consumers to make their purchases in some supermarkets in São João da Boa Vista without leaving the comfort of your home. Seeking to understand how the company works and the reporter how it performs in some aspects, such as its departments, how its People Selection works, how it leads its employees, how it evaluates them and etc. In order to demonstrate its strengths and weaknesses and how it can improve your points, if there is a path that leads to improvement and how you should carry out this path, keeping in mind a greater planning about your resources.

Our project consists in the dissemination of an application that allows the consumer make their purchases in a supermarket in São João da boa vista without leaving the comfort of your home. Because it is an innovative idea that is not yet implanted in the market, we decided to study in depth the possibilities to know if it is something that would have the approval of the public. We will study the strategies of the product and service, analyzing the market in which we are located, we will make a of price taking the competition as a base, we will analyze in depth the channels of communication seeking mechanisms to reach the customer in the best way and we will aim, mainly, in the development of the website and social network of the application.

According to the project's proposal, we developed Círculos da Comunicação, which is a chat application with diverse subjects where the individual, in addition to having a space to express himself, can also share experiences and knowledge. The app was created based on a conversation survey, the user will have the option to enter specific rooms with themes that the app itself will make available or create their own chat and the best at any time.

The following work will refer to the Semper Vale Supermarket, where the subjects to be addressed will be general accounting, quantitative methods applied to business, management of labor liabilities, applied statistics and corporate finance. The Semper Vale Supermarket has 28 employees, who are well qualified so that they can perform their services with excellence, quality and commitment. A brief study on general accounting, the group collected data to analyze the balance sheet and simulate what is considered in labor liabilities. In the labor liabilities unit, the following subjects were elaborated: salary equalization, overtime and vacation, through these we approach information between employee and employer, rights and duties in accordance with the CLT - Consolidation of Labor Laws.

The company is a limited liability company - with partners Arthur Henrique Dias Fernandes, Douglas Henrique Boldrin, Guilherme Mariano Oliveira, João Victor Rubbo Spindola and Leonardo Correa Imafuku. Having as experienced partners in the field, Douglas and Guilherme, both with knowledge about agribusiness. The company will focus on small and medium agricultural producers, working in the eastern region of state of São Paulo and south of Minas Gerais, renting machines for harvesting coffee, corn, soybeans, sugarcane, tractors and implements, and the transport will be carried out by an outsourced companY.
