    This work aims to expose the importance of trained and prepared professionals for possible changes in the school environment, in order to meet the needs of the education system, improving the performance and work of literacy teachers. Show that there are several ways to teach literacy and other more innovative teaching methods. Conceptualize literacy and literacy considering the school environment and the prior knowledge of each student. Define the most appropriate educational objectives for each student in question.
