Official assessments are based on learning theories and pedagogical theories depending on their context, where they aim to measure student progress in order to make educational decisions, but there is an opposition between the results of official assessments and the vision of parents, teachers and students about the country's education where it raises profound questions about the state of the Brazilian educational system. This is because the evaluations highlight significant flaws in areas such as: Portuguese, mathematics and science, indicating a worrying picture of lack of quality in certain aspects of education, while teachers, parents and students point out additional challenges such as: lack of infrastructure, resources, security, overload, among others. To resolve this duality, it is crucial to include aspects such as the school environment, teacher training and giving a voice to those involved. It is essential that educational policies are attentive to understanding the needs and concerns of those involved in the educational process. Only with a collaborative vision will it be possible to promote necessary changes to provide quality education.

The relationship between art, culture and censorship is delicate and can affect artistic freedom. To minimize these tensions, it is essential to invest in education. First, awareness of cultural diversity and the importance of freedom of expression can be promoted through debates and activities that foster respect for different artistic forms. In addition, it is essential to encourage artistic education and critical thinking, enabling individuals to appreciate and understand artistic expressions, as well as recognize and resist attempts at censorship. These educational actions can create a more inclusive and democratic culture, where artistic freedom is valued and protected, contributing to a more tolerant society.

Teacher Ana Paula Silva is planning an interdisciplinary project that combines Geography and History content for her 3rd grade students. The goal is to help students better understand the concepts of geographic space, culture, and society, using approaches that make learning more meaningful and engaging. José de Alencar Municipal School is located in an urban neighborhood with a rich local history. Most of the students are local residents, and their families have diverse cultural backgrounds, which contributes to a multicultural environment. Teacher Ana Paula wants to take advantage of this diversity to enrich her students’ learning.

With the technological advancement developed over the years, everything around us has been modifying and adapting to the new style of contemporary society. within the scope educational this is no different, the school had to reinvent itself and reformulate the methods of teaching. With the changes that were necessary in education, some questions, such as: “How does the relationship between education and the new technologies in the evolutionary process of teaching and learning in society contemporary culture?”, “What is the importance of new technologies in learning?”, “Do they really contribute to the teaching and learning process? Currently, the school, the manager, the faculty and the family need to understand that: Changes occur faster and faster, accelerated in the constant transformation, evolution and expansion of information and knowledge, interfering and directly dimensioning our current reality and collaborating for the transformation and even the improvement of people in the ways of communicating and interact with the media and with the world, thus bringing curiosity and the will to to create new habits, to live together, to adapt and to accompany this evolution (FRANÇA, 2010, p.110). The issues that address the involvement of technology in education are vast. Therefore, throughout this research we will emphasize the new theories and methodologies created for the teaching of Literacy and Literacy and in the teaching of Mathematics, for Education Kindergarten and Elementary School Early Years. This research starts from the case study of Colégio Madre Teresa, it is an institution located in Arapongas, its target public are students of Early Childhood Education and Teaching Fundamental Early Years, the College faces difficulties in introducing new theories and methodologies of Mathematics and Literacy and Literacy. To introduce such change it will be necessary for the faculty of the college to understand the modern theoretical and methodological perspectives of Mathematics and Literacy and Literacy (UNIFEOB, 2023). Thus, throughout this work, the importance of conceptualizing and treating important concepts of the pedagogical theories that support the teaching methodologies, learning in Mathematics and Literacy and Literacy so that Colégio Madre Teresa achieves her goals and has significant results in improving learning from the students.

Curriculum proposals for Early Childhood Education should ensure that children have varied experiences with different languages, recognizing that the world in which they are inserted, by virtue of the culture itself, is largely marked by images, sounds, speeches and written. In this process, it is necessary to value the ludic, games and children's cultures. Experiences that promote learning and consequent development of children must be provided on a regular basis and be, at the same time, unforeseen, open to surprises and new discoveries. They aim to create and communicate through different forms of expression, such as images, songs and music, theater, dance and movement, as well as written and spoken language, not forgetting sign language, which can be learned by all children, not just deaf children
