During the development of this work, knowledge will be presented acquired in the four subjects of the semester, in the subject Analysis of Statements Accounting presenting the most used indicators for the analysis of the financial health of the company, such as its payment capacity or liquidity, capital structure and profitability. In the Controlling discipline, the company will be demonstrated in an accounting and management, building its mission, vision and values. After carrying out an analysis systemic, data focused on planning, economic and financial control, will be created a Balanced Scorecard for the company.

NGOs are non-governmental organizations, they are groups that defend and help social causes, created without financial aid and not aiming for profit. semester, we will deepen in the concept of internal controls of the organization. classes presented, we will analyze the entity, finding out how its resources are obtained, where they will be applied and what their purposes are. In Accounting Auditing, the strengths and weaknesses of the controls will be highlighted of the entity and possible specific recommendations aimed at improving them, using the questionnaire available in the classroom. In the entity's people management processes and labor routines, the labor procedures from the hiring of volunteers and what the processes are like labor interns after hiring. And the payroll simulation will be done, containing the values of provisions for salaries, vacations and Christmas bonus, with INSS charges, IRPF and FGTS. After this process, an analysis of these labor processes will be carried out, in order to to bring better conditions for a future.

This work and all the values presented here refer to the company Natura S.A., which was chosen due to its sustainability guideline, its recognition and work in its sustainable production, making it one of the most ecological companies in Brazil. Both she and the companies she bought over the years follow this project. As shown in the title "PROJECTION OF A STATEMENT OF RESULTS FOR THE YEAR", the main objective of the project will be this, to make an analysis of the Statement of Income for the Year (DRE), and from this analysis, considering the economic variations and market, project net revenue, costs, gross income, expenses and profit for the next 3 years, we will also bring these projected future results to the present value, finding out what the value of this company would be today.

In view of the growth in the use of automobiles diesel/electric vehicles in recent decades, this segment proves to be very important, because the provision of services offered will always have a high demand because there will always be failures unexpected changes in a customer's product or service.
