Based on suggestions, research and group discussions and starting from the approach of the main concepts of an effective and efficient entrepreneurial management, a business plan was drawn up to analyze the feasibility and create a beverage distribution center, located in the city of São José dos Campos, the Joca Express.

    In an increasingly globalized economy and with an increasingly competitive market, where new competitors and increasingly demanding customers emerge all the time, maintaining an adequate management of financial resources is the preponderant factor for the survival of an organization. Therefore, this project aims to systematize the concepts acquired in the learning units of Working Capital Management and Quantitative Statistical Methods, through the creation of a project entitled Indebtedness and Working Capital, which aims to analyze the indebtedness of a real company and the impact on its working capital, thus reinforcing the content presented throughout the classes.
