For the development of the project, we used the knowledge acquired through the study units of the present module, they were: Performance evaluation, which is a tool used in organizations in the area of People Management, its objective is to analyze the performance of the professional according to the activities that achieves, the goals set, the results achieved and its development potential. Personnel department where labor laws and calculations were studied, as well as the process of hiring a new employee. The Leadership and Coaching discipline whose objective was to diagnose and develop the company's need for training, learn how to develop skills in oneself and in other people. In Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, the objective was to create, conduct and direct a career plan, the relationship between position and salaries.
