    This project aims to carry out a field study in the company Nova Sylcar, which was chosen because it is a consolidated company in its area of ​​activity with a strong potential for growth, which provided us with the opportunity to carry out a complete analysis of the company for then point out the points that need improvement. The main focus of the project is to analyze the current situation of the company, seeking to suggest improvements in its area of ​​Logistics Management with a strong focus on optimizing processes. The company gave us full support for the elaboration and implementation of new projects, seeking to relate the different areas of the company to reach new levels of excellence. As a basis for carrying out this project, we had the support of theoretical and practical classes in the following study units: Integrated Logistics taught by professor Elaina Cristina Paina Venâncio, where we had the opportunity to learn about the different processes that occur within the company related to internal and external logistics /transportation, operations and inventory management.

The company LiuGong has been in the market for 61 years, of Chinese origin, its headquarters are in the city of Liuzhou, it has a very interesting and well-structured process pattern that aroused our curiosity and enthusiasm to analyze further and apply the tools available. for each subject. For the development of the Production Management discipline, we will use the tools learned in the classroom with Professor Tiago Nogueira, we will analyze the processes to identify the possible need or improvement of some process, seeking to bring more agility, speed and guarantee that the process get a cleaner and more optimized flow.

    The purpose of this project is to detect possible points of improvement in the chosen company, and after drawing up a plan and trying to apply it. It is also to obtain results from what was studied in the classroom and for that we will have assistance from teachers and subjects taught, which are guided with an aim to improve the logistical process. At T Biazzo Agropecuária S/A, the flow and non-storage of its products will be analyzed, since the production of sugarcane is a perishable good and needs to be handled by the final industry. It will also be highlighted how the logistics processes are carried out until the product reaches the customers' hands, this with the support of the Integrated Logistics discipline that is taught by professor Elaina Cristina Paina Venâncio, who will assist in the execution of this plan.

In Project Management, the unit of study will explore the type of product that the company offers to its customers, how the process of product development, who manages the data and results of the product in order to apply knowledge and techniques for the execution of an effective and efficient project.

The first objective that a company must achieve in its first years in the market is to recover its money invested at the beginning of the project, pay its bills, pay its employees and make a profit, these are the first and most important steps that the company needs. to give. Creating a product and launching it on the market is expensive and several studies must be carried out to find out how much it will cost, if it will break even and when it will happen. From that point on, when the investment is recovered and the profit appears, the company must also prepare for the product's maturity phase, because there comes a time when sales fall and so does the price, so innovations and improvements must be applied. , whether in the product or in the provision of services to continue exceeding customer and market expectations.     The interdisciplinary project aims to relate the study units of the semester and apply them in a particular company in order to collect information and demonstrate in practice the content learned in the classroom. The content presented during this project covers disciplines related to logistics, in order to diagnose processes that are part of the supply chain. In the context of the project, subjects such as main suppliers, ways of storing raw materials, and the importance of having adequate planning when carrying out an inventory control were emphasized. The transformation stages that the product goes through until its finalization for sale were described and how to develop and manage projects aimed at continuous improvement within the company were studied. At the end of the project points of improvement in the company were analyzed and thus solutions were applied to such points promoting better results in communication with customers; the results of these activities were presented at the end of the project with the presentation of costs.

    The present project aims to present a proposal for process improvement having as its object of study the company Restaurante e Pizzaria Braseiro, in order to understand the structure of the processes that take place in it. This project will present syntheses and concepts presented and discussed in the theoretical and practical classes that make up the 7th module of the Administration course composed of the 5 disciplines: • Integrated Logistics that enabled us, through tools and concepts presented in the classroom, to analyze and expose a supply chain in its entirety. • Project Management that in this work will help us to present the process of creation and development of a product/service, from its idea to the delivery to its consumer. • Production Management, which aims to assist us in the characterization of the production process and all its stages of the company object of study. • Process Management, which will be the general objective of this process, as it will help us to understand the existing processes in the company and finally propose improvements. • Strategic Cost Management that will allow us to identify all existing costs in the company's departments and reset them in order to find an economic balance point. In all the subjects that helped in the elaboration of this work, it is understood that when the company promotes an understanding of the logistics management of its establishment, it aims to attract results and that directly influence the quality and financial results. The stock of a restaurant is a little more comprehensive, understanding that the raw material stocked are perishable products, and high-value goods, since the restaurant chosen for the case study works with a wide variety of sophisticated dishes, and a great diversity of its products. The alternatives found by the managers of the establishment is to buy in large quantities of goods, causing loss of quality of their products, expiration date, and lack of some items in stock when handling them.

The need to invest in marketing strategies gained more prominence due to indispensability of innovation linked to market competition, and the stability of the scenario financial and economic, in view of the challenge that some producers faced in maintaining the relationship with its customers and continue its loyalty work. With this in mind, strategies that can benefit those interested do not use technology tools for the dissemination of products and services and do not have knowledge of these methods. The application of the research methodology was based on the definition of a persona that represents the public of small rural producers, who will receive an introduction to the theme, through a dynamic and easy-to-view timeline.

    The extension project aims to insert UNIFEOB students in real situations of the market, through the assistance provided by them to companies in São João da Boa Vista. Promoting this interaction between students and companies, it is possible that both sides benefit: students will increasingly acquire knowledge for their profession and to the market, while the entrepreneur will receive help in his business, consequently identify and solve possible problems. In this semester, the students of the fourth module of Economic Sciences have for objective to create administrative strategies for the Ric Mania kiosk installed in the UNIFEOB premises, so this project will contribute to an assessment of food truck, specializing in oriental food. These strategies aim at legal knowledge, financial and administrative functions in order to improve the company's performance through the market and adversities. During this project, a description of the evaluated kiosk will be presented, where the company's registration data and other information deemed relevant are observed. After For this, the legal part will be addressed, where the rules followed to continue the company operations. Subsequently, the data obtained with the entrepreneur, of their expenses and profits, where budgetary and strategic management will be carried out of tributes. With this definition, then, it is intended to help the company that will be crafted using strategic management to create the development of the following project, implementing new concepts and tips, also accompanying the current form of service to increment it.     The idea came from the professor at the UNIFEOB Business School, Marcelo Alexandre Correia da Silva and to become a project was guided by the teachers also from the Business School. Students in the last academic semester of the course of Marketing in 2017 continued this idea and created the application was made by students of the Systems Analysis and Development course. The project was proposed for the coordination of the course and for the teachers of the third module of Systems Analysis and Development. The purpose of presentation was to make the idea that previous classes did, like the current Project Integrated. Objective is a system that speeds up the purchase of food products, since many times, students and teachers end up wasting time due to long queues in the canteens. The practicality of making the purchase through the system and just looking for the product in canteens through a generated code, tend to reduce queue time and facilitate sales for merchants.
