    This integrated project has the main objective of identifying the effects of logistics in a ceramics company, when applied properly and strategy guarantees the optimization of organizational processes and systems. being that logistics is a strategic tool that has the ability to increase business productivity, ensuring not only customer satisfaction, but also also in the functional organization of the company, avoiding raw material waste, cost reduction, and consequently an affordable and adequate price for customers in the final product.
