    In a constantly evolving business landscape, it is crucial for organizations to adapt and innovate to remain competitive and sustainable. In the context of Casa Nicolau, a furniture retail company with 38 years of history and a team of 11 employees, all dedicated to the company for more than a decade, we realized the need for a cultural update. Although this company has built a solid foundation with values consolidated over the years, it is imperative that it adapts to the demands of the current market. This academic extension project, which focuses on the people management module, appears as a unique opportunity to help this company face contemporary challenges. The consultancy offered will not only allow the retention of existing talents, but also the recruitment of new professionals who share the interest in being part of this organization.

    This business consulting project aims to help and analyze a improvement in the management of possible labor liabilities that the company Cassiano Sacarias Ltda. may obtain in its activity, containing its rights and duties in relation to collaborators, so that in this way the corporation will not suffer from future damages. With the subject Management of Labor Liabilities, taught by professor Marcelo Siqueira, it will be possible to organize and align these possible liabilities. already with the General Accounting and Corporate Finance, taught by professors Danilo and Renata, knowledge will be applied to better understand the economic and financial situation of this organization, so that in this way everything is aligned so that the entrepreneur can enjoy of the benefits of good management with clear and truthful data. However, with the combination of all the knowledge acquired during this semester to add to the composition of the project as a whole, in this way, to perform the best work possible for both the teachers and the business owner. The objective will always be to contribute to the success of Cassiano Sacaria Ltda, valuing for a great relationship between employer and employees.
