    In our article, we decided to present a subject that has lately become recurrent in the the world's best-known sport, the Football Corporations, or as SAFs are best known. We will present what are its advantages for clubs, and what are the consequences of opting for this change, if there are also disadvantages. Data analyzed and presented through financial indicators. In general we will evaluate some teams that have already joined the new management, and we will also present some that stand out because they are considering such a change.

    The following work presents the labor liabilities and also makes a financial survey of the fictitious company Eskinão do Pneu, which operates in the Wholesale and Retail Trade of tires and wheels, in order to avoid new liabilities and leverage working capital, given the vast impact suffered by this as a shown in the data collection and comparison below. A study of the labor liabilities affected by the company was then carried out, in order to verify the impact calculated later, followed by an analysis of the accounting data, financial analysis, and strategies for better resolution and prevention of even greater financial impacts.

    The main objective of the work is the projection of a demonstration of the result of the year, the company chosen was Banco Bradesco S.A. In the Fundamentals of Administration unit with Professor Frederico Fargnoli Ribeiro's participation was with the vision, mission and values, company strategy, competitors and customers and organizational chart. In the Fundamentals of Accounting unit with Professor Rodrigo Simão carried out the analysis of the balance sheet and the Income Statement of company and based on them we carry out an analysis of liquidity, indebtedness and the company profitability.

    Much has been discussed about Sustainability, it is a very current subject and present in our daily lives, so this project will present the concept of it, and how the theme is inserted in the organizational environment. To start first, we must know a little more about Sustainability, the concept was first used in 1987 by the Norwegian minister Gro Bundtland. According to her, “sustainable development means being able to meet current demands without this jeopardizing the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”
