In this project we carried out an analysis of the company, where the criteria of evaluation of the employee's performance and identify the performance evaluation indicators performance, the composition of the leadership structure and the ways in which leaders act in the company. The corporate culture helped us to propose improvements, as well as raise the existing positions and we analyzed the union of the category to validate the payroll calculations payment and labor charges.
