In a company, for its production line to be successful and highly positive results, it is necessary for the organization to maintain an excellent climate organizational with its employees, establishing norms and values that they can add to the daily lives of workers, using as a tool: Communication, motivation and feedback so that people get answers and opinions about a context or their own performance.
