    This project aims to develop a performance assessment study within a given company. In this interdisciplinary project (IP) we will be based on a global company, focusing on the unit installed in the city of Mogi Mirim, the main objective is to gather information and to evaluate the current condition of the company in which the human resources area differs, focusing on the development of leaders and management of varied skills among professionals, showing how different competencies can be a factor of success and profitability for the company. This gives you the opportunity to delve into the chosen area and see more closely how it works in practice.

    This project aims to conduct a study in the company Doces Din-Dan, which was chosen because it is a micro company that operates with the regional distribution of its products, favoring research and opportunity to develop effective solutions within the organization. The project consists of analyzing the current situation of the company and making the necessary improvements in the entity's processes, all based on the knowledge acquired in class and in a multidisciplinary manner.
