    This article is an analytical review made through bibliographical research and lectures, addressing the ability of the administrator to interpret the chain that is agribusiness, to be able to see possibilities of using their skills to boost results. The need to acquire new skills in an environment of great and profound changes has forced a revision in the parameters of management, focus on communication, even more on non-durable consumer goods. The main tool that enables this revision is the planning, having as its contribution the desired result.
