    This paper discusses corporate sustainability, that is, a group of actions that aims attention to the environment and the development of society, adopting ethical, responsible and practical attitudes that promote their economic growth without degrading the environment and the social environment. Therefore, this project concerns social, environmental and economic responsibility. The aim of this paper is to evaluate organizational behavior, highlighting sustainable development.

    It is a company that connects workers with contractors through an application where interested parties can contact us and look for the direct service by mobile and in the comfort of their home. We will offer home cleaning contractors. Our target audience will be people from the lower and upper middle classes. We will provide in our company, on a digital platform, training courses and home improvement training for members who work with us through the application.
