    The work carried out aims to present a proposal for the creation of a company, considering all labor passive processes that guide the exercise of economic activity in society and thus characterizing the legal and physical aspects, such as company name and business point, the labor regime in which it will fit and, consequently, identify the functions that should be performed, defining the management model and also the production and delivery of the proposed services.
