    This paper aims to analyze the social, economic and environmental part of the company CBL Lamination Brazilian Copper located in São João da Boa Vista - SP, located in the industrial district. In the social part, in relation to the study unit The Labor Relations in Contemporary Society, we will investigate the external issues of the company in the city where it is located and in the region where it is located. Based on the Human Behavior in Organizations study unit we will analyze what each individual is like within their internal and external company relationships.

    In the present work will be addressed the accounting information of the company Alpargatas / S.A, in order to develop the activities taught by the teachers of the 2nd semester 2017, all accounting data of the company were taken from the BMF Bovespa website. This project will present the structuring of labor liabilities, prepared by the group members, so that we were assisted in the discipline of Labor Liability Management.

    The project in theory is the development of a labor liability management plan and the company to be analyzed is “LUMINEX”. For the development of the work, we had as base the company ALCOA, one of the largest aluminum producers in the world, based in the USA and Brazil. We had as support the balance sheet of one of ALCOA's units and it is worth mentioning that LUMINEX is a LTDA company unlike ALCOA which is S / A.

    This work will refer to the company Vitrine S / A, where we will take an approach that covers the aspects of the company related to Applied Statistics, Labor Liability Management, Legal Aspects of Business Structuring, Working Capital Management. Vitrine S / A is one of the largest retail store chains in Brazil, our choice was based on the transparency and commitment that the company has shown in financial and social parameters, available to anyone, which allowed us a greater ease of access to relevant information related to the distributed subjects.
