The chosen company was an idea and characterization made by the students themselves, which was chosen employees, main activity of the company, fancy name, corporate name and so on. In the study units we put into practice with Prof. Luiz Francisco A. S. de Faria as well as all the steps to start a company, mirroring the same we chose. With Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira, we found out how to identify a labor liability, and also how future accountants indicate the best solution for the entrepreneur to eliminate them. Already with Profa. Renata Marcondes, we found the probability of liabilities according to employees and sectors of the company. In the study unit Quantitative Methods Applied to Business with Profa. Prof. Mariângela M. Santos, we put into practice the updating of all labor liabilities debts, made with the calculation of compound interest. Finally with Prof. Dirceu F. Batista, we analyze the company's balance sheet, knowing its liquidity and debt ratio, also the impact of the company's total liabilities and how to resolve them.Item DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM PLANO DE NEGÓCIO LATICÍNIO SÃO MIGUEL(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2017-11-30) Oliveira, Rodrigo Marudi de; Doval, Danilo; Petreca, Luís Antônio Carvalho; Prado, José Marcos do; Oliveira, Rodrigo Marudi de; Seixas, Joao Otavio; Silva, Lucas Gesk Mendes; Mapelli, Maria Julia; Barbiero, Paula CristinaRoni Cheese has been in the cheese business since 1889, when the family's patriarch, Mr. Pedro Talarico, came from Italy, more precisely from the Calabria region, to Brazil. With it also came the knowledge in the art of making cheese by hand, which soon began to be applied in a small dairy in the city of São Lourenço, Minas Gerais. Gradually, the products made by Pedro Talarico also became known in the already thriving city of São Paulo, where they began to be marketed in the former Dom Pedro Park Market. On January 25, 1933, with the inauguration of the Paulistano Municipal Market, Roni cheeses were sold in Box 2 of Rua D, through Rocco Peta and Josephina Peta (2nd generation). Years later, in the late 1960s, the couple's eldest son - Mr. Miguel Peta (3rd generation) - continued the family business with two new factories in the state of São Paulo: one located in Vargem Grande do Sul and another in the municipality of São José do Rio Pardo. In 1976, a more modern unit was inaugurated in São Sebastião da Grama (SP), thus centralizing the production of Roni cheese. Currently it is Mr. Roque Bruno Tadeu Peta (4th generation) who manages and markets the company's products with the motto: Family, Tradition and Quality.
