    The indebtedness ratios, excluding the effects of IFRS-16 (International Financial Reporting Standards, in Portuguese, International Accounting Standards) in 2020 and in the 1st quarter of 2021, for Natura & Co Holding, were recalculated, with no impact on Natura's ratios Cosmetics or reported ratios (which include the effects of IFRS-16).

    In our integrated project, we chose Natura, the largest Brazilian cosmetics multinational, as it is a company with great potential in the relationships and power of cosmetics, wholesale trade, perfumery and personal care products and for its tradition, as it is present in the international market, in several countries, which makes it every day a reference company in the segment.
