    It concerns a case study of a 28-year-old named Pedro, with routine bad habits, it is alleged that he suffered from an acute myocardial infarction recently, after hospital discharge, he sought help from a physical education professional, where, within the needs of the same, we will start a guided and supervised physical activity. The objective of the project was to carry out a literature review, integrating the studied teaching units with Pedro's case, praising the importance of each moment of interaction of the physical education professional with cases of cardiovascular diseases, or even prevention due to historical background familiar. The challenge consisted of developing a presentation that addressed topics such as the importance of play, anamneses, preparation for first aid in physical education professionals and the best exercises for individuals with complaints of a family history of cardiovascular disease.
