    Our project consists in the dissemination of an application that allows the consumer make their purchases in a supermarket in São João da boa vista without leaving the comfort of your home. Because it is an innovative idea that is not yet implanted in the market, we decided to study in depth the possibilities to know if it is something that would have the approval of the public. We will study the strategies of the product and service, analyzing the market in which we are located, we will make a of price taking the competition as a base, we will analyze in depth the channels of communication seeking mechanisms to reach the customer in the best way and we will aim, mainly, in the development of the website and social network of the application.

    When it comes to labor liabilities, it is extremely important that the company complies with its responsibilities regarding its workers, determined by the Consolidation of Labor Laws, so that way, there are no contradictions in the fulfillment of its obligations and consequently future processes. It is necessary to study the laws and regulations that cover such work environment and its suitability, so that the employee, when performing its function is properly equipped, protected and supported. The present work refers to the analysis of recurring labor liabilities in the company Cerâmicas Brasil LTDA, from August 2018 to August 2019, classifying in this way the amount of recurring liabilities in the same until the end of the evaluated period, for the determination of the value of the final amount to be paid to the company employees.

The company will be a limited company that belongs to the entrepreneur Silvio Vicentin. The Services offered by our application will be fast online purchase and delivery, in which you can register, choose your favorite supermarket, choose your products and thus complete the purchase, within 60 to 180 minutes your purchase will arrive at your destination. Our target audience will be women, the elderly, people with reduced mobility. The investment plan is to rent a property, buy computer and telecommunication equipment, cars and working capital. The investment will be BRL 172,323.00 by the entrepreneur of own resources such as a truck in the amount of BRL 111,990.00 and a plot of land in the amount of BRL 60,333.00.
