This happens mostly in overweight people, hypertensives, sedentary, smokers, stressed, diabetics, and with high cholesterol. These reasons overtake the importance to have health habits like practice exercise and have a balanced diet. Even though that is the one of the biggest reason of death in the world, there is treatments and substances around the body that can be liberated in the instance that the begin of the heart attack appears; and when diagnosed, it can prevent to be worst or lead the patient to death. This markers are: Creatine Kinase (CK-T), Creatine Kinase-MB (CKMB), troponin, myoglobin and Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST).

Causes: Eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, psychological problems and genetic factors. Consequences: Hypertension, breathing difficulties, locomotor problems, increased levels of fat in the body, heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Treatment: Nutritional and physiotherapeutic guidance; endocrine, psychiatric/psychological assessment; and if comorbidities occur, it must be treated with drugs.
