    This project has as main objective to make a logistic analysis of the Aptiv company processes, in order to diagnose improvements that can be implemented and developed in one process or more within the company. The Integrated Logistics study unit will address issues related to supply chain, which encompasses all activities that involve the processes of internal and external logistics of the company. In Project Management, the unit of study will explore the type of product that the company offers to its customers, how the process of product development, who manages the data and results of the product in order to apply knowledge and techniques for the execution of an effective and efficient project.

    For the development of this project, we aimed to analyze the company ALCOA BRASIL, elaborating an analysis with an emphasis on Sustainability, Human Behavior, Society and Ethics, showing how the company is positioned in the face of these aspects, considering how internal and external problems directly affect the decisions thereof. To help us in this project, the disciplines Scientific Methodology and Communication and Expression were essential, helping in the complete development at the time of formatting and at the time of presentation, respectively.
