    This project aims to develop a future projection for the W7 company in order to create scenarios and possibilities in hiring inclusive employees, we know that the company already performs these hirings, however, in an organic way. Therefore, proposals and inclusive scenarios for new employees will be developed in this project and what transformations these guidelines can bring to the organization.
