When studying the case, we noticed that the purchase was very positive for Bradesco as it further strengthened its operations in the Brazilian market and especially in the Southeast region where the British bank HSBC was very strong and active. from the acquisition, Bradesco got closer and closer to its main competitor and also the largest Brazilian private bank, Itaú.

With its merger with Nextel in 2019, we can see, through the calculated indices, that Claro, even with its expenses with the process, obtained positive results in 2019. Operating results such as Nopat, Ebit and Ebtida, showed growth because of with which sales increased with the purchase of Nextel. The expectation is that this result will increase relatively in the year 2020.

The subject discussed came up again in the current government and formal studies are being carried out for the possible privatization of the company. Were studies, surveys and analyzes were carried out in various means of communication, pointing out the positive and negative sides of privatization. In the course of the studies it was observed that the project is a controversial topic, due to the differences of opinion between the government, politicians, specialists and the general population.

The choice of the company Gafisa to prepare the project was due to the fact that each group is responsible for a case study. Taking this criterion into account, the group was responsible for: Gafisa acquires Alphaville Urbanismo.

Feffer's son devoted himself to research into the production of paper from fiber eucalyptus, keeping the focus on innovation. With the success of the research, in 1970 and 1980 the company included genetic and clone development, with great expansion, a high productivity and significant successes in the area.

CVS had purchased Drogaria Onofre in 2013 for approximately US$187 million. The process began in February 2019, when Raia Drogasil (RD) announced the acquisition of Drogaria Onofre, until then under the control of CVS. The acquisition allows the chain to increase its scale in physical retail, in addition to accelerating its digital strategy, increasing the density of deliveries in all states where RD operates, and expanding its operations in e-commerce. With the merger, RD announced that all Onofre physical stores will be converted into Droga Raia and Drogasil, both will continue to be multi-channel, focused more on convenience, and only Onofre will be 100% online, focused on competitive pricing and adding value to the brand’s digital strategy. We will analyze the statements published on BM&FOVESPA and on the RD website < https://www.rd.com.br/ > (accessed in April 2020), to point out the impacts on the results of operations due to this merger of institutions, comparing data for 2018, the period prior to the acquisition, and 2019, which was the first year ended after the completion of the merger of the companies.

The delivery of the PI must be done through this file, where the team must generate an Adobe Reader (PDF) file and send it directly through the AVA (Virtual Environment of Learning) through one of its members, not being allowed to deliver in print or by email.
