    The present work has the objective of collecting information about the company UNIMED, addressing different topics, such as the socio-economic profile, which studies the relationship of the company's owners with employees and customers, social and environmental responsibility and the ethics presented by the company towards all those involved with it, knowing its limit and balance for the collective good. It also contains information about the sustainable part of the company, where through research in articles and websites, information was collected that shows the importance not only of the economic part of the business, it also aims at the impacts on the environment and sustainable actions provided for society. Finally, the human behavior part, where an organizational diagnosis will point out the worst and best points of the company and which of them can be worked on for a general improvement.
