Brazilian agriculture has undergone a process of modernization, making necessary a change in the way of managing a rural property, because, Currently, the market has a lot of influence on agricultural production. the rural producer needs to act in a systemic way, interacting with all links in the production chain, and the rural property needs to professionalize, modernize and be seen as a rural enterprise.
