    In the first two months, in each unit of study, activities will be carried out related to the basic concepts needed to understand what Human Rights are and what their importance is. Teachers will make available in a virtual environment texts, videos and films that will be worked on in the classroom activities. In the second two months, team activities will be carried out with the specific theme of Human Rights in times of Pandemic, and its relationship with fundamental rights. The themes will be drawn and each team will have to seek the necessary information required by the Project for the elaboration of academic banners that will be exhibited on the determined date, an opportunity in which the teams will be evaluated. The aim of this project is to make the law student understand, effectively, what human rights are and why they are important.

    Mauro tornou-se motorista de aplicativo e com o apoio da sua mulher Joana, que sempre trabalhou com serviços domésticos há mais de três anos havia, no mínimo, três faxinas garantidas ao longo da semana na casa da mesma mulher, assim mantiveram-se diante das dificuldades. O trabalho como motorista era difícil e estressante e o retorno financeiro mal dava para pagar as despesas, no entanto o aplicativo que utiliza havia alterado os termos de uso, elevando os descontos feitos aos motoristas por cada corrida realizada. Após uma corrida Mauro recebeu diversas notificações de Whatsapp no grupo formado por motoristas, informando a notícia de que o Município de São João da Boa Vista havia aprovado uma lei, em 19 de Abril de 2024, para regulamentar o transporte individual privado remunerado de passageiros, motivos de indagações e enfurecimentos entre os motoristas, colocando mais um dispêndio para tais, em relação o que recebiam de retorno com o trabalho.
