    The company chosen was APTIV PINHAL, a company in the automotive sector that manufactures electrical harnesses for automobiles. In this work we will analyze the impact that Labor Liabilities generated by management and control failures, has within the operation of the company, focusing on its accounting and finance part. We will start by explaining what these liabilities are and how they work, how were generated within the company, and their solutions obtained by the company in agreement with the employees involved. Soon after we will show the values ​​generated by these liabilities, showing how were calculated and what they represent as a percentage within the company, in relation to other sectors and other collaborators.
