In this IP work we will address the topic “Education and Human Rights-Breaking paradigms”, whose purpose is to relate the disconnection of a standard that was previously followed so that a new model or standard is adopted. Breaking paradigms can mean a lot to a person and can represent the beginning of a new stage in life. To carry out the Integrator Project, a dissertation will be carried out on working practices with children/included people so that teachers know how to deal with, how to work with the included student and develop the potential they have despite their difficulties.

The concept of inclusive education is very broad and complex. In its scope, it is not restricted only to the inclusion of students with motor, sensory or cognitive disabilities, but extends to all individuals in the educational process, seeking to adapt this process in order to ensure access, permanence and learning conditions for all people, without prejudice and in a way that values differences.

During the project, it was proposed that we analyze Special Education from the perspective of relatively new inclusion in Brazil, which generates a series of questions and doubts on the part of educators and the general population. Not all teachers who are teaching today have had training focused on inclusion and many still see it as insecure and unnecessary.

Educação e Inclusão: Convivendo com a Diversidade
(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) D´ Avilla, Victoria da Silva; MEDICI,Fatima Aparecida
It is known that school inclusion is a legal reality, this is the time to accept and enforce this practice, with viable attitudes of commitment and responsibility for the inclusive process. For the inclusion of deaf students, changes are necessary in the curriculum and in the teacher's practice, because deaf students' learning is different from that of hearing students, especially in the preparation and interpretation of texts.

Libras is the sign language known as the second Brazilian language and therefore the primary one for the deaf. Sign language has gone through several transitions, and each region changes some things, and this also applies to each country, changing signs from one country to another. From those we learned from, we can see that there is a huge gap within schools, there is a lack of many professionals in this area, in general there is a lack of professionals in all areas of inclusion. Libras seeks to solve the public need by bringing more accessibility, making society more interested in sign language and transforming everyone into bilingual and seeing deaf people differently, not as a person with a disability, but as a culture.

(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) BAPTISTA, Elisiane Graziele; STEFANI, Izabella Barreiro; PACCIOLI, Luísa Corrêa; MASCHIO, Suelen da Silva; MEDICI,Fatima Aparecida
The role of the school is to insert the student into the school context, ensuring that they do not feel excluded by other students. In schools, all students should have access to Libras, which facilitates the inclusion of deaf students in the environment. Libra language became mandatory on April 24, 2002, law no. 10,436, so schools must be prepared to receive deaf students. The biggest challenge for inclusive education is the difficulty for schools to teach both languages: oral Portuguese and Brazilian sign language (LIBRAS). The inclusion of deaf students in schools has been a great challenge for the student and their parents, as not all schools offer education and most of them do not have a teacher qualified to receive this student.

Over time, special and inclusive education has undergone great advances, one of which is the right guaranteed by law for special students to remain in the school environment. The presence of people with some type of disability in schools is increasingly common. Therefore, it is essential to enable people with hearing loss to better integrate into society.

In the complex contemporary educational scenario, the interaction between school, family, teacher and student emerges as a fundamental element for the formation of new generations. According to director Judith's research, which presents the difficulty she has been facing with the low growth of children in the second year of elementary school in the Early Years, and also the complaints that the teachers' report has questioned, is the lack of support from families in the their school process, which has been frustrating and delaying these children's education. And also understanding how important the connection and necessary care between families, students, and the institution is, understanding the importance between both to obtain better results. Because, with the help of those responsible for the student, it becomes simpler to create an efficient and encouraging teaching environment for them. Thus, this teaching results in students with great motivation to develop in teaching.

In the current context, where education takes different forms and platforms, we understand that the home environment plays an essential role in children's academic development. That's why it's important to dedicate quality time to interacting with children, which ends up being an effective strategy to strengthen their educational life. Create solid emotional bonds with the family, Characterized by open communication and emotional support, it can provide an essential environment for a child's academic growth. However, it is essential to understand that this task demands time and continuous effort, as each child has their own individuality and, consequently, different ways of establishing this emotional bond. However, we need to emphasize that building this bond is not a trivial task; on the contrary, it is an investment that requires persistence and patience to understand our children, their emotions and desires.

In this work, we address the low performance of students at a public school and analyze the possible reasons for this low statistic. We also learned that the relationship between family and school is extremely important for children's growth and learning, as family behavior at home can be reflected in schools. The objective of P.I is to ensure that we can not only help with our teacher training, but also, when trained, we can apply it in the classroom. At P.I we learn to work in groups, with different people giving their opinions and adding their knowledge and thoughts. It has no individuality, but collective.
