    The work is based on the Study Units, which are, Quantitative Methods, Management of Labor Liabilities, Applied Statistics, General Accounting and Corporate Finance that helped us to deepen in the Management of the Miami Pub company. Miami Pub is an innovative bar, located in São João da Boa Vista – SP, relaxed, pleasant atmosphere, fair price and differentiated service. The company currently has 10 employees, which is what is needed immediately, as it has been operating in the city for 9 months. In the Quantitative Methods Unit, we had to calculate labor liabilities during the time the company is operating.

The new company is a LTDA - Limited Liability Business Society - belonging to a partnership between Maria Graziela Rodrigues Cabral, Rosimeire de Cássia Silva, Tamirez Gabriela Almeida Mattos and Thaís Lopes, all business students who intend to face this business together. The service to be provided will be the search for diversification of drinks, food and happy hour among friends. The target audience will be younger people, university students who live near Unifeob.

The segment has strong growth expectations economic considering empowerment and acceptance of virgin hair as themes positive for the market and society. Not only the segment, but the entire beauty market presents great growth in the Brazil, which was considered by Forbes in 2020 in 4th place in the list of “Biggest market of beauty and personal care in the world.”
