It is currently the largest Brazilian multinational steel producer, present in various sectors such as construction, automotive, shipbuilding, aviation, energy, machinery, among many others. Based on the information acquired when contacting the company, we will work on the topics of the work based on this information, bringing a little of what we learned in class, such as job descriptions, salaries, and career, personnel administration and labor obligations, specifying a little more about recruitment and selection and feedback on the selection process.
