Ana Carla passed a public contest and now works as an Education teacher Childish. Her biggest challenge is managing to teach classes at the municipal school in Miracatu do Norte, due to the economic situation and lack of encouragement from parents in life children's school. With limited resources but with active and lively children, Ana Carla will have to propose activities reinventing themselves so that children use their own bodies and few materials, learning above all to express emotions, feelings and build knowledge with various artistic modalities that are extremely important in teaching and of Early Childhood Education. “With the LDB of national education (law n. 9.394/96) we obtained a comprehensive view of the arts in schools, starting from the kindergarten to other levels of basic education. Therefore, In the mid-1990s, the teaching of the arts was consolidated in schools, no longer being recognized as artistic education, but as a discipline with its own contents that ceased to be a simple activity to become part of the culture in a way significant”

The teacher did not give the student a chance to explain herself, he was completely authoritarian in his words and placed him above any work without having any type of empathy and understanding with the student, he was worried about the program and did not realize that a note that passed from hand in hand harmed a great learning experience for the students. Democratic management consists of observing the role of citizenship in the school environment. Reception involves professionals and the community in carrying out projects that seek to embrace citizenship.

Teacher Ana Paula Silva is planning an interdisciplinary project that combines Geography and History content for her 3rd grade students. The National Education Plan (PNE) 2014–2024 seeks, predominantly in its Goal 4, to universalize school attendance for students with disabilities, global developmental disorders and high abilities or giftedness, preferably in the regular education network. The results of the Goal revealed, in different age groups, discrepancies in the access and rate of schooling, literacy and illiteracy between the population with and without disabilities. The observed differences are accentuated in the population with intellectual and motor disabilities. Such data corroborate the need to rebuild the school educational model for the effective inclusion of people with disabilities. Special education from the perspective of inclusion conceives the school space as an environment for carrying out proposals in the light of equality, in which everyone has the right to learn assured, considering the specificities of the subjects, designing adequate services for motor, visual needs , linguistic and cognitive skills of students enrolled in regular schools.

This project addresses the importance of grounding in solid principles aligned with new pedagogical guidelines, which seek to create creative content to motivate students to understand and apply concepts in a practical and dynamic way both inside and outside the classroom. This provides teachers with new perspectives in the context of the pedagogical project, especially in early childhood education, promoting the integration of students with technology in the process of knowledge construction and facilitating strategies for understanding and interpreting different languages.
