This project aims to use knowledge acquired through Human Computer Interface and Probability Statistics subjects to carry out and create a statistical analysis of data. To carry out this project, the group used data from a company that delivers your product. In the material developed, the objective was to identify, understand, list and present the reasons that made the NPS indicator (Net Promoter Score or Level of service) perform poorly in the latest searches related to Last Mile (last stage of the supply chain). The model company for this project hires third parties to carry out the delivery. The NPS indicator is very important for the company, complaints negatively impacted the NPS Indicator, a KPI that is always exposed to Stakeholders of the organization

During the pandemic, which began in 2019, several sectors have seen a decline in their economies due to actions taken to to contain the spread of the virus, causing companies and local businesses closed their doors, resulting in losses. As a result, electronic commerce grew during the isolation, as it was the way out for consumers to return to make their purchases and also due to the fact that many preferred to use the internet leaving home. E-commerce is certainly able to deal with the crisis, as it was seen that is a trade that is increasingly renewing itself with new consumption behaviors and ensuring greater trust for their consumers. The expectation is that this growth will be continuous, as it is inserted in several industries such as: food, pharmaceutical, real estate, vehicles, advertising and others. Statistical data demonstrates the increased use of digital platforms, as growth is reflected by account of the pandemic.

The experiment that will be studied in the work is the behavior of corn subjected to sources of nitrogen fertilization. Full plant development is based on availability of all nutrients treated as essential. Within this group we can highlight nitrogen (N), an essential element and still characterized as macronutrient. That is, a nutrient required by plants in greater quantity. That greater demand is justified by the fact that N is used for the synthesis of proteins and other organic compounds. In this way, nitrogenous fertilizers have been used for the adequate supply of this nutrient, sustaining high productivity rates. The evaluations were carried out in stages and the results will be presented during the course of the work.
