    A princípio, cumpre salientar que a empresa autuada tem direito de apresentar recurso no prazo de 20 (vinte) dias da data da ciência da decisão condenatória de infração, nos termos artigo 71, inciso III, da Lei n° 9.605 de 12 de fevereiro de 1998, artigo 15, caput, do Decreto nº 64.456 de 10 de setembro de 2029 e artigo 127, caput do Decreto nº 6.514. Deste modo, a empresa autuada tendo sido cientificada da decisão administrativa na data de 10 de janeiro de 2024, o prazo se estende até o dia 30 de janeiro de 2024.
